Mesa offers a variety of housing options from very affordable to multi-million dollar estates.
Executive Housing
Located primarily in the northeast part of the city, Mesa offers housing styles, lot sizes and a natural desert environment similar to that found in north Scottsdale and other upscale Phoenix area neighborhoods. Las Sendas and Red Mountain Ranch offer executive housing in golf course communities.
North central Mesa has exceptional homes and estates interspersed amoung beautiful orange groves.
In 2009, twenty Mesa homes sold for over one million dollars. As of July 2010, forty-nine homes were on the market for more than $1,000,000.
Historic Housing
Historical homes and neighborhoods grace the central area of Mesa. Many homes are conveniently located within walking distance of the cultural and arts district of downtown. And, if you're lucky enough to work downtown, you can walk or bike to work!
Within a few years you'll be able to catch the light rail to downtown Phoenix and Tempe (Home of Arizona State University) for work, Sky Harbor Airport or many more cultural and sporting events.
Planned Communities
Many of Mesa's housing choices are in well-designed and thoughtfully managed master communities with their own internal amenities such as pools, tennis courts, walking paths and community centers. Home selections in these communities range from affordable to luxurious.
From Dobson Ranch in the southwest part of the city to Mountain Bridge in the northeast and all points in between, you are sure to find a home you'll be pleased to call your own!
