Mesa offers a variety of housing options from the low 100's to over five-million dollars. 

Executive Housing

Located primarily in the northeast part of the city, Mesa offers housing styles similar to that found in north Scottsdale and other upscale Phoenix area neighborhoods.

North central Mesa also has exceptional homes interspersed amoung beautiful orange groves.  A new area of upscale housing is expected to develop in the southeast section of the city.

In 2006, fifty-five Mesa homes sold for over one million dollars.  As of January 2007, over 100 homes were on the market for more than $1,000,000.

Historic Housing

Historical homes and neighborhoods grace the central area of Mesa.  Many homes are conveniently located within walking distance of the cultural and arts district of downtown.  And, if you're lucky enough to work downtown, you can walk to work!
